Services were held Nov. 27 at 1 p.m. at Kimbrough Funeral Home in Cisco, Texas. Burial followed in Scranton Cemetery.
Survivors include one sister, Barbara Lou Dunaway of Odessa, Texas; sons, William David "Dubby" Jr. of Wichita Falls; Raymond Glen of North Richland Hills, Charlie Paul of Corpus Christi; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls.

Bill "Billy" Speegle, born on April 21, 1933 went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 23, 2012. He was born in Eastland County. He married Joyce Speegle April 10, 1960. They lived in Ft. Stockton, TX from 1963 to 2007 where he and his wife raised three sons. They moved to Wichita Falls in 2007.
Joyce preceded him in death after 50 years of marriage. He is survived by one sister Barbara Dunaway of Odessa, TX, sons W.D. "Dubby" Jr. and Sheri of Wichita Falls, Raymond and Ramona of North Richland Hills, Charlie and Tammy of Corpus Christi, fourteen grandchildren, and four great- grand children. Services for Bill Speegle were Tuesday, November 27 at 1:00 pm, at Kimbrough Funeral Home in Cisco, Tx. Burial followed at Scranton Cemetery.
