Marjorie Ann Quillen passed away at Calvert Manor Nursing Home in Elkton, Md. on Sunday, March 6, 2005. She was 80

Marjorie was born on July 18, 1924, and lived most of her life in Townsend. She was the daughter of the late James Leonard Dickinson, Jr. and the late Estella Lockerman Dickinson. Marjorie was preceded in death by a close friend and companion, Sherman W. Morrow; and a granddaughter, Tammy Harper Poole.

Marjorie retired from NAPA Qualler Auto Parts in 1986, and she was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church of Townsend. She was also a member of the 3M's Group and a Sunday school teacher for her church. She graduated from Middletown High School and Goldey Beacom Business College.

Marjorie enjoyed the times she spent with her grandchildren, visiting her cousin June Gohl; and her prize needlework and hobbies.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Margaret Ford of Townsend; June Harper of Bear; Joann Jones of Newark; and Michael Quillen of Townsend; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and a great-great grandson.

Service will be held at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, on Thursday, March 10, at 11 a.m., where friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in the Townsend Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2306 Kirkwood Hwy. Wilmington, DE 19805.
