Born December 2, 1919 in SLC together with twin Fredrick Lisle to Fredrick Young Jensen and Madora LaVerna Rogerson. Raised in Monticello, Utah. He returned to his Heavenly Home on Saturday, May 29, 2004 after a valiant fight with Parkinson’s and pneumonia. He was known for his kind, gentle, considerate, and loving ways. He was always a gentleman. He was small of stature, but a giant of a man.

He served an LDS Mission to Toronto, Canada 1940-42. Immediately, upon returning, was called to serve his country in WWII with the Army and Air Force. He retired from Hill Air Force Base. He met Joyce Lucille Spackman on a return visit to his mission field. They were married June 18, 1947 in the Cardston, Alberta Temple and were blessed with four children: Geoffrey Quinn, Nancy Joy, Philip Cory, and Sally Suzanne. Joyce passed away January 22, 1980. He married Afton Weston Graham on April 18, 1981 in the Salt Lake Temple. They served a mission to California, Arcadia in 1983-84. He served in many callings for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as a SL Temple ordinance worker for 8 years.

Survived by his wife Afton and children: Geoffrey (Linda Jones), Nancy (Reed Riding), Philip (Kathy Kershaw), Sally (Alan Merryweather), Shelley Graham Brown, Vern W. Graham (Gaylyn Pemberton), 21 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and brothers: Fredrick Lisle, Warren Clyde, and James Neale. Preceded in death by his parents, wife Joyce, and 3 grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, June 2, 2004 in the Centerville 7th Ward Meetinghouse, 270 North 300 East, 11:00 a.m.. Friends may call Tuesday evening, June 1, 2004 at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful from 6:30-8:00 p.m., or Wednesday morning 9:45-10:45 prior to the service at the Church. Interment Centerville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made to the LDS missionary fund.
