Born June 5, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah and died April 21, 2004 in Bountiful, Utah of natural causes. The daughter of Dee and Ivalue Packard. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved music and was very talented in voice at a very young age. She is survived by her father Dee Packard and siblings: Jan (Ralph) Miller of Salt Lake City; Luedeen (John) Andrew of Centerville; Dennis (Gaylene) Packard of Farmington; Randy Packard of Orem; and Diane ( Rick) Bean of North Salt Lake. Preceded in death by her mother, Ivalue.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 24, 2004 at 12:00 noon at the Orchard 11th Ward Chapel, 155 Coventry Way, North Salt Lake, where friends may call from 10:30 - 11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment-Centerville City Cemetery.
