Hannelore Maier, 77, of Oklahoma City, passed away December 2, 2003. She was born February 9, 1926, in Buttenhausen, Germany, to Hugo and Berta Maier. Hannelore immigrated with her parents to the U.S. in 1939. She had a lengthy association with and retired from Joe Esco Tire Co. Hannelore was a member of Temple B'nai Israel. She is survived by her son Charles J. Byrd; daughter Mary C. Morris; granddaughter Jennifer B. Morris; and her best friend of 25 years, Dr. Sumner A. Russman. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to OK Medical Research Foundation or Temple B'nai Israel. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Friday, December 5, 2003 at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel with interment following in Temple B'nai Cemetery. HAHN-COOK STREET & DRAPER N.
