Georgia Journal (Milledgeville) - Jasper Co Extracts 1812-1835:
12-9-1823 Administrator's Sale - on Saturday the 24th day of Jan. next will be sold at the residence of Miss Hill's, near Holland's Mill, Jasper Co., all the personal estate of James Hill, decd; consisting of horses, cattle, hogs and vessels, tools of many kinds, farming utensils...... signed C. Cochran, Adm. (Holland's Mill and Murder Creek are on the road to Madison)

I think the Miss refers to "Mrs." Hill. In the estate papers where they list who bought what from the estate they also refer to "Miss" Hill bought the Bible, so I think Elizabeth Cleckler was still alive and to whom they refer, however, her brother was made guardian of the children.

I believe the Miss Hill who bought the Bible was Mary Hill oldest daughter of James & Elizabeth.
