Death Calls Young Lad

Well Known in Montgomery Where He Was To Be Graduated Soon

Run Down By Auto

Accident Happened Two Weeks Ago But Death Did Not Come Until Thursday

Friends of young George Enkoff in the eastern part of the county will be shocked to hear that he is dead, as the result of an automobile accident in Terre Haute two weeks ago. Young Enkoff was riding down one of the thoroughfares of Terre Haute near the home of his parents, on a bicycle, when he was ran down and injured by a man driving a powerful motor car. Internal injuries, as well as other developments, interfered with recovery and Thursday morning about 6 o'clock he passed away.

Well Known in Montgomery.

Young Enkoff, who would have reached his seventeenth birthday anniversary on next Wednesday, was well and favorably known about the town of Montgomery, where his father, Charles Enkoff, lived with his family until but a few months ago. The lad remained in Montgomery schools and would have been graduated within a few weeks. At the time of the accident which caused his death he had charge of the soda fountain in a restaurant. The dead boy was a grandson of George Brown now dead, who formerly operated a restaurant in Montgomery.

The body will arrive in Montgomery on train 8 Friday and the funeral will be held at Bethany Saturday.
