Jasper N. Moulton, 89, retired druggist, died at the Weedmark hospital, in East Bridge street, near noon today following several months of ill health. Mr. Moulton had resided in Oswego the greater part of his life and was for a time connected with the Sharpe drug store in East Bridge street. He later conducted a drug store at East Second and Utica streets for a number of years.
Mr. Moulton was highly, respected as a citizen and was honest and upright in his dealings with ail with whom he came in contact. He leaves one daughter. Mrs. Charles Harmon of Baltimore. Md. Arrangements for funeral are incomplete, pending the arrival of his daughter from Baltimore
