Mrs. Alice Albee, an aged and respected resident of Ashley for the past half century, died this morning at 4 at her home, 25 Green street, following two weeks' illness of complications. She was 73 years of age.
She was the widow of the late William J. Albee and was a member of the Ashley M. E. Church, and several of church's societies.
Surviving are the following children: Rose Albee, Harry Albee, Mrs. Bert Fuller, Mrs. Roger Cole, of New Jersey, and Mrs. George Lutz, of Ashley. Once sister, Mrs. Sadie Scott also survives.
The funeral was held from the late home on Wednesday afternoon at 2. Internment was in Maple Hill.
