Daughter of the late Louis and Ida Hyatt Stone
In West Hartford, Mrs. Aaron had been active in the Girl Scouts, PTA, Beth El Temple Sisterhood, Hadassah and the National Council of Jewish Women. She worked as a substitute elementary school teacher and in real estate and pursued graduate studies in Education at the University of Hartford.
She was predeceased by a sister, Gertrude Stone, who died in childhood; a brother, Phil Stone, and a daughter, Janice Deborah Aaron.
