A holy rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Platt's Funeral Home, Augusta. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary On the Hill Catholic Church, Augusta, with the Rev. P. James Costigan officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, August.
Mrs. McBride was a native of Abbeville County and lived most of her life in Augusta. She was a retired nursing supervisor at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Lenwood Division. She was a member of St. Mary On the Hill Catholic Church, the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Ladies Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Was Post 3200.
Survivors include two sisters, Eva S. Brown, Anderson, and Mallie Gilmer, Iva.
