Mackey Don "Mack" Boyett, 52, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, October 18, 2005.

Mack was born August 16, 1953, in Amarillo. He attended Palo Duro High School, and later joined the Navy. He was a loyal Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners fan. He had a great love for his children, who were his life. He will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack Boyett, and Patsy Lois Baird Boyett-Kilmer.

Survivors include four children, Brian Grenio of The Colony, Bradley Boyett and wife, Katrina, Brandon Boyett and Suzanne Boyett, all of Amarillo; two brothers, Randy Boyett of Amarillo and Kevin Boyett of Abbeville, LA; two aunts Dorothy McGill of Wellington and May Long of Dumas; and two uncles, Don Baird of Odessa and Gene Baird of Kerriville. The family would like to express their appreciation to his loving daughter-in-law, Katrina.
