He married Fanny J. McKinley on Feb 29th, 1860 in the Charles Street United Presbyterian Church, NY, NY. They had a son, John Fenwick Algeo, in 1862. Fanny died before the end of the Civil War and is interred in Brooklyn NY.
Thomas' Civil War record, if any, is unknown.
Thomas next appears in the 1880 Census as a grocer living in Franklin, Venango Co, PA, aged 46, with his son John F, now aged 18, his (2nd?) wife Elizabeth (also a McKinley, and who could be Fanny's sister) of Ireland, aged 40, and their son Thomas, aged 11, daughter Maggie, aged 9, daughter Adelaide, aged 7, & Tom's elder brother, John, aged 62, also from Ireland.
John F later married Jennie Kirk in Inez KY and the couple emigrated to Bartlesville OK. An account by living family reports Thomas living with John & Jennie in Bartlesville in 1910.
Date of death and site of interrment are questionable, and could be Venango Co PA, or Washington Co OK.
