Ruth Ann Hirtz, immigrated to America, on the ship Ile de France. She was accompanied with her mother, Katharina H. Hirtz, of Denkendorf, Wurttemberg, Germany, and her brother, Albert Jean "Al" Hirtz, of Alsace Lorraine, France. They departed from the Port of Le Havre, France, arriving on the 22 October 1930, at the Port of New York, New York.
Ruth was proud to be a veteran of World War II. She was the wife of the late John Charles McHenry, of Buffalo, Erie, New York. She is survived by two sons, their wives, and three grandchildren.
