Mrs. Sara E Drake, 68, wife of Elmer Drake, died Monday night at 10:40 o'clock at St. Elizabeth Hospital, where she had been a patient for one week. Born in White County, Jan. 26, 1869, she was a member of the U. B. church at Frankfort, also W. B. A. No. 100. She leaves behind her husband and five children, Mrs. Arthur Stinebaugh, of Lafayette route 8, with whom she and her husband made their home; Fred, San Francisco, Calif.; Leslie and Francis, of Lafayette, and Mrs. William Farrell of Detroit, Mich. Friends may call at Sollar and Baker funeral home after noon Wednesday. Services will be held there Thursday at 2 p. m., Rev. M. E. Reed, of Grace U. B. Church, officiating. Burial in Nauvou cemetery, near Monon.
