Died.
Thomas H. Leake after an affliction of more than three months, died in great peace near Field's Chapel, Cherokee county, Ga., on the 14th inst. He was formerly an esteemed citizen of Bartow county, afterward of Ala. He leaves five orphaned children and other near relatives to mourn their sad loss. "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation." July 20, 1881—A Brother.
