Dave owned & operated Willoughby Trucking. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Millie, Leslie, two sons, Lee, Gerald & David and wife April, Beaufort, one daughter Cindi Weiskopf, Bourbon, three grandchildren Bryan, Dillon, and Kyle; nieces, nephews, in laws, other relatives, many friends. Funeral services were held Sat Aug 2 at Meyer-Hilke-Millard Funeral Home, Gerald. Rev Herman Bockhorst officiated.
