LAKEWOOD, Wash. - Sandra Kay Farrell, 49, of Lakewood, formerly of Beaver, W.Va., died Dec. 22, 1999, in Madigan Army Medical Center, Fort Lewis, of cancer.

She was a graduate of Shady Spring (W.Va.) High School and attended Beckley (W.Va.) College. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.

Surviving: husband, Thomas Farrell; parents, Fred W. and Norma Taylor Stump of Beaver; sister, Diane Fanta of Grafton, Ohio; brother, Jerry Stump of Glen Morgan, W.Va.

Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Victory Baptist Church, Beaver. Private burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity, W.Va., with Pastor Rollan Roberts officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to American Cancer Society, 129 Main St., Beckley, WV 25801. Rose & Quesenberry Funeral Home, Beckley, is in charge of arrangements
