Anna Louise Pearce of Cecilton, Md. died on Saturday February 5, 2005 in the Union Hospital, Elkton, Md. She was 77.

Mrs. Pearce was born in Kirkwood DE. and was the daughter of the late Wesley and Bertha Burris Reynolds.

Mrs. Pearce worked as a waitress for many years, most recently at the Town and Country Restaurant, in Cecilton, Md. where she retired in 2001.

Mrs. Pearce enjoyed playing Bingo, and her occasional trips to the slots. In her early years she enjoyed dancing. Mrs. Pearce attended Wards Hill Baptist church near Cecilton, Md.

Mrs. Pearce was preceded in death by her husband James Edward Pearce in 1984.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Betty Hill of Felton, DE. And Jackie Virdin of Cecilton, Md. 1- sister Florence Boly of Elsmere, DE. 2- Grandsons, Lanny Harris of Cameron, North Carolina and A.J. Virdin of Cecilton, MD. a Great grand daughter and a Great Grandson.

Mrs. Pearce was also preceded in death by 2- Bros. Harold and Harmson Reynolds, and 5 sisters, Elsie Aspril, Lillian Anderson, Martha Clark, Elizabeth Blanchfield and Rebecca Everett.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday February 10, 2005 at 11 am in the Fellows Helfenbein & Newnam funeral Home 226 E. Main St. Cecilton, Md. where friends and family may call after 10am.

Interment will be in the Bethel Cemetery, Chesapeake City Md.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions in her memory to the Wards Hill Baptist Church, 204 Wards Hill Rd. Warwick, Md. 21912.
