Sally Ann Neary, age 65, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012.
She was the daughter of John 'Jack' and Catherine 'Kate' (nee Boucher) Reuter.
Sally was was raised and educated in Joliet. She was a graduate of St. Raymond's Grade School and St. Francis Academy, Class of 1965.
She was the beloved wife of Timothy Albert Manning Neary whom she wed on December 6, 1975 at the Cathedral of St. Raymond, Joliet. Following their marriage, Sally happily relocated to Morris where she and Tim built their first house on Southmor Road.
Sally enjoyed traveling and being with her family and friends. She was one of the 'Ya-Ya Girls', and was a charter member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Women's Auxiliary #1024.
She was a great cook and enjoyed cooking shows as well as crime dramas and court shows.
Sally is survived by her husband, Tim and her children; Timothy and Kristen Neary. She is also survived by numerous cousins, in-laws, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and her grand-dog, Princess.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Kate; her brother, Bill and her dog, Mandy.
Services: Fred C. Dames Funeral Home in Morris on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 2 p.m. until the Memorial Service begins at 4 p.m. Reverend Steve Larson will officiate.
