WEBB - Vivian, 74, St. Michael, died Dec. 19, 2007, at Windber Hospice. Born May 3, 1933, in Lewistown, daughter of George A. and Emma M. (Hartsock) Black. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Frank E. Webb Sr., who died March 31, 1988; and brothers, Glenn Black and Donald Black. Survived by children, Frank Jr., married to Valerie Spangler, Richland; David R., married to Nancy Matcho, Johnstown; James B., South Fork; Patricia, wife of Donald Penrod, Johnstown; and Dale, St. Michael; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; also brothers and sisters, Marie Paul, Johnstown; Doris Karl, Cleveland; Leroy Black, Johnstown; Clair Black, Johnstown; Susanne Poborsky, Johnstown; Larry Black, Salix; Dennis Black, Sidman; and Sannie Gamble, Dunlo. Vivian retired as a cook from Cambria County Head Start, Salix. She enjoyed fishing, bingo, camping and her crafts. She was a member of Fountain of Life Fellowship Church, Conemaugh, and St. Michael Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Friends will be received from noon to 8 p.m. Friday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home Inc., South Fork, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Pastor John Maines. Interment, Dunmyer Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
