She was the daughter of James Arnett and Abigale Cypert. She was first married to Augustine "Guston"Alfred Kindle in 1846 in Wayne CO, Tennessee. Together they had one child Alfred Perry Kindle (married Alta Barnes). She marries James Wilson and had 5 children, Ellen Catherine(Wilson) Rich, Loranzo Amaziah , Thomas Lenoah, Annie Doreen Gaston and Emily Rutledge. In 1900 she was living with her husband and son Alfred in Lesterville Township, Reynolds County, MO 1905 James and Nancy moved to Williamsvilel to live near and be cared for by their daughter Emily Rutledge. At the time of Nancy's death, she and James were both very sick. After James died, their son Thomas went to go make arrangments for the burial. When he returned home he noticed that Nancy probably would't make it through the night, so he halted James’ burial. On the 23rd Nancy passed and they were layed to rest in the same grave on the 24th.
