Jean M. Beranek, 67, of North Prairie, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at AngelsGrace Hospice after an extended illness.
Jean was born Aug. 5, 1945, to Thomas and Leora (Furhman) Beranek. In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling, golfing and going to the casinos. Out of high school, she worked at Amron, General Electric and retired after 20-plus years from Briggs and Stratton.
She is survived by her loving family, Donald (Judy) Beranek of North Prairie, Conald (Avis) Beranek of North Prairie, Robert (Sharyl) Beranek of Dousman, Joan (the late James) Linde of North Prairie and Jane (Ronald) Pease of North Prairie; sister-in-law, Yvonne (the late Ronald) Beranek of Waukesha; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Leora; a brother, Ronald; and a brother-in-law, James.
