Mrs. Daisy Ruth "Katie" Pinkelton, 59, of Martin, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009, at Martin Health Care in Martin.
Graveside services were 2 p.m., Saturday at East Side Cemetery in Martin with Rev. Bob Copeland officiating. Murphy Funeral Home of Martin was in charge of arrangements.
Brandon Mitchell, Howard Ingalls, Steve Reynolds and Roger Langley served as pallbearers.
Mrs. Pinkelton was born Sept. 29, 1950, in Cleveland, Miss., daughter of the late Eunice and Ida Mitchell Staggs. She was the widow of Charles Roy Pinkelton. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Tammy Parsons of Sharon, Angela Incalls of Dresden and Ronda Fletcher of Lawrenceburg; two brothers, Louie Staggs and Clyde Staggs, both of Tiptonville; three sisters, Jordene Staggs and Ilene Staggs, both of Hornbeak and Hazel Staggs of Mississippi; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Graves Mitchell.
