Donald had a passion for baseball and accordion music. He was an accordionist for many years. He served in the Air Force in Europe during the Korean War. He retired from Hercules as a printer.
He is survived by his daughters, Laurinda (Steven) Kuwahara, Colleen Green, Annette Porter, and Kathleen (Russell) Evans; sister, Donna Freshwater; and six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen F. Cracroft.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2005 at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan.
