His recent rank was Chief Petty Officer and Chief Master-At-Arms in the Navy. He was a Sergeant with the Pratt Police Dept. He worked for Safeway Foods for 16 years. Patrick was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Pratt. He was a member of the Pratt Chamber of Commerce Leadership 2000 alumni.
