Thomas F. Blair Of Pearl Dies
Death Of Business Man Follows Brief Illness; Relatives Here
Thomas F. Blair, the son of Theapholis and Rebecca Farthing Blair, was stricken with paralysis April 15 while on a business trip to Kampsville and died the following morning at four o’clock.
Mr. Blair had spent his all his life in Pearl. For the past twenty three years he was engaged in business for himself where his honesty and unceasing efforts to accommodate his patron brought him many friends.
He was a member of the Christian church and Odd Fellows.
He is survived by his wife, one son, Brace, one granddaughter Mary Ann Blair. Two brothers, Milton of Pearl; Alfred of Los Angeles, California; nieces and nephews, Mrs. Dan Cook and Mrs. Ray White of Jacksonville; Mrs. L.E. Davies, Beardstown; Mrs. Charles Cook, Franklin, and Louis and Fred Dorman of Alton, Ill.
