Edith Kaye Nicholson Staley went to be with the Lord on November 20, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Nicholson. She is survived by her husband, Larry Staley; her children, Melissa (Tia) and Jason; her mother, Edith Allgood Nicholson, two sisters, Connie Smiley (Leo) and Kim Crocker (Mark), and her cats which she enjoyed daily. Kaye was from Chase City, Virginia, attended Bluestone High School and worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Kaye was a kind and gentle person who never met a stranger. Her smile and laughter inspired everyone who met her. She was truly an angel that will be dearly missed.
