Mrs. Mary Wynn Dies at Age 85
Mrs. Mary M (Lena) Wynn, 85, a resident of St. Joseph's Home for 13 years, who formerly lived at 1009 N Adams St, died at 2:40 pm Sunday.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 8 am at Wright & Salmon Mortuary and at St. Joseph's Home Chapel at 8:30 am. Msgr Robert Peters will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
The daughter of George and Mary Holzinger Smith, she was born in Peoria Nov. 16, 1875. She was married to Richard Wynn in Peoria, and he died in 1950.
Surviving are one son, Richard J of Peoria; two daughters, Mrs. George M Drake of Peoria and Mrs. Charles J Blum of Lemon Grove, Calif; and five grandchildren.
