Mrs. Laurena Morice, from Springhill, Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully at the Peter Lougheed Centre on October 9, 2002 at the age of 81 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Jim; son Wayne (Eileen); grandchildren, Leanne (Jim), Heather (Jeff); great grandchildren, Arthur, Sara and Carter; brother Johnny; as well as numerous relatives. Laurena was predeceased by her mother Mary, father Arthur, sisters, Flora, Leah, Edith, Leta and Emma, brothers Albert, Clarence and Andrew. At her request, there will be no Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation c/o Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331-29 Street N.W., Calgary, T2N4N2
