Miss Bertha Marie Berg
RUSHFORD, Minn. (Special)—Funeral services for Miss Bertha Marie Berg, 67, who died at her home here Wednesday, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Rushford Lutheran Church, the Rev. N, L. Otterstad officiating. Friends may call at the Jensen Funeral Home Friday night. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery.
Miss Berg was born in Rushford Oct. 15, 1885, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. O. Berg. She was an operator at the telephone office for 37 years before retiring in 1947.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. R. J. McMahon, Oshkosh, Wis.; and five brothers, O. H. Berg, Dubuque, la. - E. H. Berg, Winona; C. A. Berg, Madison, S. D.; R. H. Berg, Bushford and P. E. Berg, Austin. Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
Five nephews and nine nieces also survive. One niece, Mrs. J. C. Lorenz, made her home with Miss Berg in Rushford.
