Mr. John Carlton McCann, Jr., age 63, died November 17, 2012 in Houston, Texas. Services will be at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Brookside Chapel of Chimes with Brother Gatlin officiating. Burial will follow at Brookside Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Brookside Funeral Home.
Mr. McCann was born in Houston, Texas on August 21, 2012. He serviced in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and worked as a machinist.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Carlton McCann, Sr. and a brother Claude McCann. Survivors include his daughter Stephanie McCann Gonzales and his son Dorian McCann. One brother, Steven McCann and six sisters, Rebecca Pearson, Judy Andres, Sondra Faul, Mary McCann, Shelia Dollins and Linda Marroquin
