Henry S. Chapman, Jr., 81, passed away at his Milford home on November 8, 2006 with his cherished wife Penelope by his side. He was a WWII veteran who flew in 19 combat missions in a B-17 bomber over enemy occupied Germany, Holland, Belgium, Denmark and France.
Henry had a wonderful sense of humor, which he kept until the time of his death.
He was the loving father of Rachel (Michel) Brunner, Henry Chapman III, step father of Elizabeth (John) Cadwallader and Susan (Bernard) Pannkuk. He is also survived by his brother John B. Chapman and was the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren.
