Jerusha "Jerry" Ann Carr (nee Busken) of Kenwood and Lake Leelanau, MI, age 68, died May 5, 1999 at home. Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Carr VI and the late Robert G. Neff; devoted mother of Jennifer Page. Carr Doyle of Salisbury, MD and Robert John Carr VII of Charlotte, NC; and devoted stepmother of Cathryn Hagie Neff of Dewey, AZ and Robert Greenbury Neff Jr. of Cincinnati. Beloved grandmother of Jonathan Robert Doyle, Matthew Richard Doyle, and Sarah Page Doyle.
She is survived by her brother Joseph C. Busken, a sister Linda Busken Jergens, and a brother Daniel Page Busken. She was also the beloved mother-in-law of William Jay Doyle MD and a beloved friend of Lydia R. Arnold.
She graduated from Terrace Park HS in 1949, was a 1953 graduate of Denison University and a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She was a member of the Alter Guild at St. Thomas Church. Other community associations included being the past President of the Salvation Army Camp Auxiliary and Salvation Army Federation of Woman's Council. She was also a member of the Cincinnati Woman's club and a member of the Leland County Country Club of Leland, MI.
Funeral services Saturday, May 8, 10AM at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 100 Miami Ave., Terrace Park, OH. The family will receive friends in the Undercroft following the church service.
