Jean Frances Murray was born March 1, 1926, in Platte to Fred and Lottie (Johnson) Murray. She grew up in Mitchell and later moved to Sioux Falls.
She married John C. Miller on Oct. 26, 1946, in Luverne, MN. She later married Richard E. Kellogg on June 8, 1961, in Sioux Falls.
She worked at All Makes TV for 12 years; until the time of her death.
She was a member of Faith Temple Church in Sioux Falls.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons: John W. Miller, Steve A. Miller and Jeff L. Kellogg, all of Sioux Falls; three daughters: Sharon Rettke of Placerville, CA; Merrie Hammer of Crooks; and Gloria Voelker of Bridgewater; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six brothers: Fred and Danny of Deer Park, Texas; Marvin of Houston, Texas; and Gerald, Aaron and Albert, all of Beresford; and two sisters: Carol Mikkelsen of Pierre and Vikki Foster of Sioux Falls.
