James "Jim" Patrick Mundine

James Patrick Mundine, age 65, passed away on September 29, 2012 at his residence in Huntsville, Texas.

He was born September 11, 1947, in Houston, Texas, to Charles Patrick Mundine and Jessie Ruth Piercy Mundine.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth "Liz" Mundine and his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Terri Tate of Huntsville and Jamie Smith and husband Tim of Gainesville, Virginia; grandchildren, Sean Lovett of Long Beach, California, Carmen Lovett of Kalamazoo, Michigan, T.J. Smith and Jillian Smith of Gainesville, Virginia; brother John Woods of Huntsville, nephew Steve Woods of Decatur, Texas; niece Whitney Hernandez of Balch Springs, Texas; sisters-in-law, Shirley Blackmon and husband Bobby of Leesburg, Florida, Diana Kay Padilla and Julia Mae Highfill; brothers-in-law, Ronnie Pace and Eric Pace; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Jim graduated from Conroe High School in 1966; served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged. After serving his country, he came back and worked for Houston Lighting and Power; bought a Shell Station in Houston; worked for Conroe Truck and Tractor; opened Huntsville Truck and Tractor in 1979 and was still owner at the time of his death. He enjoyed collecting model trains and Formula 1 Racing.

Interment: Mayes Addition of Oakwood Cemetery, Huntsville.
