HUSBAND AND WIFE DIE.
The members of the Salfrank relationship suffered a double bereavement this week, in the death of John Salfrank and wife at Arrington, Kans., within twenty-four hours of each other.
Mrs. Salfrank died shortly after one o'clock Tuesday morning and her husband followed her in the death about midnight Tuesday.
Mr. Salfrank has been sick for some time with cancer, and his wife has been active caring for him. His death was not unexpected, but that of his wife which occurred previous to his, came as a distinct shock to the family and friends.
The John Salfrank family lived in Atchison county* many years, removing to Kansas some years ago. They returned here for a time later but later resumed their Kansas residence.
