Phillip Allen Stuart, 32, of Williamsville, died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 1996 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born Feb. 11, 1964 at Staunton, a son of Laura Kiracofe Stuart and the late Weldon A. Stuart. Mr. Stuart was employed at Good Printers in Bridgewater. he was an avid biker. On Sept. 2, 1989 he married Carol Diane Manning Stuart, who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Jo Beth Stuart; a son, Evan Lee, at home; his mother, Laura Stuart of Florida; two brothers, William Stuart of Florida and James Stuart of Staunton; and a sister, Debrah Miller of Pasadena, Md. A funeral service was conducted Saturday,, Sept. 14 at 11 a.m. in the Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. David M. Burch. Burial was in the Head Waters Cemetery.
