Alston M. Brooks
---Funeral services for Alston M. Brooks, who died suddenly in Detroit Thursday evening after suffering a heart attack, were held Sunday at 2:30 p. m. from the Court funeral home with the Rev. Harry W. Staver of the First Presbyterian church officiating and with Mrs. C. B. Butler at the organ. Burial followed in the Houston cemetery.
---Casketbearers were John Hoyt, Frank Hoyt, Howard Hoyt, Samuel Hoyt, Earl Ostrander and Thomas Ferrill.
