BRASHEAR GIRL IS MARRIED AT QUINCY
Quincy, Ill., June 24. — Fred Baldwin, son of Deputy Sheriff A. N. Baldwin of Knox City, Mo., and Miss Carrie Scott, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Scott of Brashear, Mo., were quietly married yesterday afternoon by the Rev. L. C. Mauck at his residence, 633 Oak street. The ceremony was witnessed by several of the friends and relatives of the contracting parties.
The two young people are well known and most estimable. Their families are among the foremost in western Missouri. The groom is engaged in the mercantile business at Knox City, and after a few days visit in Quincy and other immediate points they will go to Knox City to live. The bride has been teaching school for several years.
