Funeral services for Mr. Jason Lee Breithaupt will be at 2:00 PM Friday, November 16, 2012 in the Chapel of Hixson Bros. Jena with Revs.Daniel Breithaupt and Roy Breithaupt officiating. Interment will follow in the Summerville Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers of Jena. Visitation will be Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 6PM to 10PM at the funeral home. Jason, 37, of Jena, La. was born December 18, 1974 in Jena, La. to the union of Larry Lee and Teresa Ann Lee Breithaupt and passed from this life on Monday, November 12, 2012 at his home. He was an E.M.T. for LaSalle General Hospital. He is survived by his parents; two brothers, Tobin Breithaupt and Dale Breithaupt, both of Houston, TX and a host of friends. Serving as pallbearers were Guy Nichols, Ricky Lower, Skipper Sanders, Rodney Phillips, Jimmy Joiner and Todd Norris. Honorary pallbearers were E.M.T'S.
