Frank M. Foster, 70, of Jamestown Road, was born Oct. 8 1888, in Mount Blanchard, Ohio, a son of John and Alice (Grant) Foster. Mr. Foster came to Clark County, Ohio in January, 1942. He was employed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base from 1941 until Oct. 31, 1958, when he retired. Survivors include his widow, Ida M.; two sons, Frank R., at home, and John J., of Seattle, Washington; five daughters, Mrs. Ruth Swetz of Xenia, Ohio, Miss Esther Foster, Miss Helen Foster, and Miss Ann Foster, all at home and Mrs. Amy Holbrook of Franklin, Indiana; three grandchildren; two brothers, Walter and Harry Foster, Mount Blanchard; four sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Wineland and Mrs. Lorena Orwick, both of Mount Blanchard, Dr. Mabel Bibler of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Mrs. Helen Seebach of Forest, Ohio.
