Carrie Lee Woods, 89, North Maple Street, Somerset, formerly of the Saline community, died Tuesday, July 22, 2003, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

A Whitley City native, she was born Jan. 1, 1914, daughter of the late Parker D. and Nancy Clark Sellers. She was a homemaker and the last charter member of Saline Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Lyndon (and Beverly) Woods and Kenneth (and Barbara) Woods, both of Somerset, a brother, Phillip (and Tina) Sellers, Somerset, three grandchildren, Tim (and Kaity) Woods, Kim (and Bill) Phelps and Penny Woods, all of Somerset; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dock Wyatt Woods; her parents; two sons, Ernie Lee and Wyatt Woods Jr.; four brothers, Jeff, Oda, Caleb and John Sellers; four sisters, Lillian Sellers, Hazel Grant, Bessie Morris and Maude Sellers; and a grandchild, Amy Woods.

Furnace services will be 11 a.m. Friday July 25 at the chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home, with Bro. Noah Broughton officiating.

Burial will be in West Somerset Cemetery.
