Lunie Mae Forsythe, the daughter of the late Henry and Lillie Mae Bryant Wilson, was born September 3, 1910, at Tyler, Missouri and died January 5, 1986 at Steele, Missouri, at the age of 75 years. On December 27, 1927 she married Fred Forsythe at Blytheville, Ark. He preceded her in death.
Services were held at German-Auman Funeral Home chapel Thursday, January 9, 1986 at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Billy Skinner officiated. Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Steele, with German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Forsythe leaves four sons: Charles Forsythe, Mountain Home, Ark., H.F. Forsythe, Gilchrist, Texas, Jess Forsythe, Pueblo, Colo., and Hubert Hayes, Jr. of Chicago, Ill.; one daughter: Fredda Mae Burton of Steele; one brother: Homer Wilson of Cooter; 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Steve Plunk, Jay Forsythe, Eutah Forsythe, Derwood McFarland, G.W. Poole, and Roy Forsythe.
