MRS. HENRY W. NEEDLER, 75, DIES; RITES TO BE WEDNESDAY

Wife of Henry W. Needler, of rural Hartford City, Mrs. Alice M. Needler, 75, died at 7 a.m. Monday at Caylor-Nickel Medical Center, where she was admitted Sunday.
Born June 16, 1912 in Blackford County, she was a daughter of Harry Manson and Pearl Leota Murphy Beymer. Her marriage to Mr. Needler, who survives, took place May 25, 1929 in Blackford County.
Mrs. Needler, a lifelong resident of Blackford County, was a member of the Pleasantdale United Methodist Church.
Surviving, in addition to the husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Imogene Taylor of Fort Wayne; three sons, Raymond Needler and Herschel Needler, both of Montpelier, and Ralph Needler of Hartford City; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Hickernell of Hartford City; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Walker-Glancy Funeral Home at Montpelier, where services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Steve Loft will officiate and burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery at Pennville.
Memorials have been designated to the Pleasantdale United Methodist Church or Blackford Cancer Society.
