Per her death certificate she was born 1 March 1869. However some researchers show her born 3 March 1868. 1900 census record does show March 1868.

She was daughter of Henry Andrew Couch and Ida Holder. Henry has two memorials - apparently he was buried and re-buried. His memorial #'s are 48434509 and 99674214. The same person owns both and explains it further on his memorials. I didn't find a memorial for Henry's first wife Ida.
