Sharon graduated from North High School. She was employed with Brenton Bank and retired in 2000. Sharon dearly enjoyed bicycling, working out at Curves, gardening, traveling, square dancing, and socializing with good friends.
Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian R. Watson; and brother, Robert L. Watson. She leaves behind her loving children, Kimberly Youngquist, Kevin Priest, Valerie Engstrom and Amy Schneider (Byron) of Ankeny; brothers, Ronald L. Watson (Deborah) of Raymore, MO, Jerry K. Watson of Port Townsend, WA, Lynn E. Watson of Des Moines; sister-in-law, Katherine Watson of Des Moines; granddaughter, Amanda Schneider; grandsons, Ryan Camps, Triston Schneider, Sam Schneider, and is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.
