Formerly of Menasha, age 70, died unexpectedly Saturday, October 30. She was born February 20, 1912 in Caroline, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Bernard (Ben) Schmidt. She was married to William on November 11, 1967 in Pella, Wisconsin. She was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran church, Town of Pella.
She is survived by her husband: William; two daughters: Mrs. Joseph (Yvonne) DiPrizio, Bartlett, Illinois; and Mrs. Gerald (Arlene Erb, Menasha; three sons: James and Micheele Krueger, Marion; Roger and Peggy Krueger, Appleton, and Glenn and Patsy Krueger, Marion: 12 stepchildren; 22 grand-children; and 43 step great-grandchildren; two sisters; Mrs. Milton (Ada) Colden, Clintonville; and Mrs. Al (Mae) Ankerson, Caroline. She was preceded in death by her brother, Everett.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem Lutheran church, with the Rev. David Wenger, Marion, officiated. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Born funeral Home, Shawano, from 4 until 9 p.m. Monday (today) and from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Tuesday. A memorial has been established for the Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
