Mrs. Laura Perry, 64, of 1425-16th St., Two Rivers, died at 9:15 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient since Nov. 17. She had been in failing health for several months. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Klein & Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 9 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers. Mrs. Perry, nee Laura DeForge, was born at Neche, North Dakota, on March 20, 1892, a daughter of the late William and Aldina Cusson De Forge. She was married in North Dakota 45 years ago to Oscar Perry, who died in that state 28 years ago. She came to Two Rivers 28 years ago and in 1929 took employment at Plant No. 1 of the Aluminum Goods Mfg. Co. where she worked until her illness. A member of the Auxiliary of the Eleven Gold Star post 1248, Veterans of Foreign Wars at Two Rivers, she also belonged to the Altar Society of St. Luke Church and the 25-Year club of the Aluminum Goods Mfg. Co. Mrs. Perry leaves a sister, Mrs. Eva Rochon and a brother , Charles De Forge, both of Two Rivers, as well as five nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday where the Rosary will be recited at 7:45 p.m.
