Nell Frances Waldron, 77, of 1528 Oak Street, Murphysboro, died Sunday at her home after a long illness.

She was born 9 June 1896 in Polk county, Missouri to Lem and Kathryn Renfro Polk.

On 9 January 1929 on Bolivar, Missouri she married Robert C. Waldron, Sr.

Mrs. Waldron was a member of the First Baptist Church, Murphysboro.

Survivors include her husband; a son Robert C. Waldron Jr. of Murphysboro; a sister Mrs. B. J. George Sr. of Kansas City, Missouri and two grandchildren.

One brother preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Denny and Pettett Funeral Home, Murphysboro with the Rev. Earl Dickey officiating.

Burial will be in Murdale Gardens of Memory Mausoleum, Carbondale.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Funeral Home.
